Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.

I have always loved the snow and we have plenty of it here in Portland. The most we've had in the eight years that we've lived here. It's really fun because it's my son Michaels first time!

We've been enjoying being stuck in the snow and I've been enjoying taking snapshots of all different kinds of things. I hope everyone is having a safe and enjoyable time with the snow too.

I know, I know it's not even Thanksgiving yet but Christmas will be here before you know it! I've been busy doing Christmas Card sessions for a couple weeks but there are still sessions available. Don't be stuck with some ho hum Christmas Cards.

Annual Camping trip to Devils Lake, Lincoln City Oregon

Every year we have at least one camping trip with my wife Bethany's side of the family. It's always a blast, when we don't get rained on.... This year the rain held of until the drive home, yah! Any ways for the past few years we have headed to Devils lake. It's a great campground with showers, yurts, and nice bathrooms. I know a lot of those things don't count as camping but they sure are nice.

There is a lake with an nice dock there and is great for sunrise pictures. I missed the first morning by about fifteen minutes but ended up with some pretty fun shots.







We also wen to Roads End beach and I was able to get there for a sunset. Most of the shots are my "setup" shots preparing for sunset. About ten minutes before the sun set a huge group of clouds came in and foiled my plans. Even without sunset I got some really nice images. Can't wait to blow some up and put them on the wall.

Well I had some window graphics put on my Toyota Tacoma to promote Rosborough Photography. My good friend George at Elite Signs in Portland hooked me up. They do amazing work and are such good people.

Hopefully this will get the word out on the street and will keep me from speeding to much! It's funny but true :) Anyway if you see me on the road give me a double honk!! And please not the bird :O

Long time no blog.....

Things have been getting busy with Rosborough Photography and of course the blogging has not ever been my strong point. Hey at least I can admit my short comings :) In the last few months I've meet some new faces and caught up with old friends.

We released a new Portraits homepage on the web. I really love landscape photography and will always continue to do so in my personal time. I want you my customers to know that my business is focused on portraits, weddings, and events. So I have two websites now. Rosborough Photography Portraits Home for portraits and Landscapes by Rosborough Photography for landscapes.

While releasing the changes to the websites I deleted the images that were posted her on this blog. Because I that I have deleted all the old posts and have started off fresh. I will try my best to keep my blog up to date. Please drop me a line and let me know what you think.
